Concept of house for seniors with twenty apartments follows the neighbourhood kindergarten building in urban form and functionality, and together they dominate the surrounding residential houses. South facade consists of a large apartment balconies. Red box shaped lounge and balconies comes out from corridores on the north side. The ground floor is partly sunk into the ground, glass ballroom is open on three sides.
